At Zarf Studios, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all home decor and furniture items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items securely in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, as home goods are often fragile.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
